The Senior Manager – Business Partnering & Digital Solution will act as a trusted business partner to all functional heads and work closely with the Director, Finance, IT & Legal to build Bal Raksha Bharat's business functional needs into working and compliant digital solutions. The role owns the complete business applications portfolio, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and the entire organisational data, re-engineers the processes before automating them, manages external solution vendors, leads data compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and DPDP Rules 2025, and governs the responsible use of AI across the organisation.
