M&E Officer

M&E Officer will work closely with Project Lead and be responsible for designing and implementing robust M&E systems to track program performance, ensure data quality and support evidence-based decision-making. In addition, managing the ME function, the role will involve research, documentation and knowledge management activities to enhance organizational learning and visibility

 Develop and maintain the project's Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework, monitoring plan, indicators, and performance dashboards to track project progress and outcomes.

 Orient facilitator for timely data collection & reporting in line with project requirements.
