The role will lead program implementation across Tamil Nadu, working closely with ITIs, government departments, CSO partners and internal teams to ensure effective delivery, quality and achievement of program goals. A key focus of the role will be leading the young people & Work agenda across ITIs, strengthening institute ownership, supporting young learners' transition to employment and self-employment, and building the capacity of institute teams.
