This position is for the State Program Management Unit (SPMU) at Jaipur, anchored within RGAVP, for the Samaveshi Aajeevika Yojana (RJ-SAY), which is a Graduation Approach program for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) households in Rajasthan.
Provide leadership to The/Nudge's SPMU efforts in Rajasthan and build a strong, credible presence for The/Nudge with RGAVP and the state government
Lead all operations and program delivery for RJ-SAY, and work with all stakeholders, especially the Government, to scale up the program
Work closely with RGAVP and other relevant departments to ensure budgets are released on time so field operations run smoothly
