Placement Manager

The Placement Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end placement process for participants of the Urban Livelihood Program PAN India. This role involves coordinating with industry partners, securing job opportunities, preparing participants for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. The Placement Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between program participants and potential employers to enhance employment opportunities and post-placement support.

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with employer and industry partners.

Collaborate with employers to understand job requirements and tailor candidate training to meet market demands.
