The Deputy Director is the senior strategic and operational partner to the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for the Flourishing and Future of Education portfolio within the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, with a dual mandate: to lead the team’s operating model and cross-cutting execution, and to partner on its most important programmatic work.
As the senior operational leader for the Flourishing and Future of Education team and a key strategic thought partner to the CLO, you will translate priorities into action, build the systems and conditions for strong execution, and keep important work moving.
